What kind of leather does Wasama use?

Where are Wasama products made?
The design process mostly happens at our office in the United Kingdom, where our vibrant team of designers are always working in developing, modifying and perfecting our wallet designs. This helps keep things fresh, with new ideas and techniques flowing through our HQ on a regular basis. Our leather wallets are then made from the finest leather, in India.
How to care for my leather wallet?
- Do not overstuff your wallet. The leather grain is irreplacably damaged when stretched.
- Do not sit on your wallet. It causes an unnecessary strain on the surface
- Protect your wallet from dust and dirt by cleaning it once a month with a damp cloth. If the dirt has settled in, use a leather conditioner.
- To dry your leather wallet, wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth and allow it to dry at room temperature, making sure that your wallet is in its original shape.
- To moisten your leather wallet when cracks appear, rub an all-natural cream or solution, designed to provide moisture, that won’t mess up the vegetable dye. Apply a small amount with a lint-free cloth.

Where can I find the measurement/dimension of the product?
The measurement/dimension of the products are mentioned on the individual product pages. Kindly check the measurement/dimension, before making a purchase. We will be unable to accept a return or exchange, made on the basis of measurements.
Will I receive the exact coloured product as shown on the website?
Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
Are Wasama products RFID protected?
All our Wallets & Card-holders are RFID protected.
What is RFID? Why do I need it?
RFID stands for Radio Frequency IDentification. RFID-blocking wallets are designed to help protect you from a specific type of theft, called RFID skimming – which is where information from high frequency (13.56MHz) RFID-based credit cards, passports and transport passes are read and duplicated. RFID skimming is not common, but it can happen in certain cases.
Do you restock sold out items?
Yes we restock sold out items. We may discontinue certain products and this will be mentioned on our website.

How will my products be shipped?
- Within UK – The orders placed within UK will be posted via Royal Mail.
- Within Europe – The orders placed within Europe will be shipped directly via Royal Mail.
- Rest of the World – To place an order from any place other than the UK, kindly visit our shop on Amazon and Etsy.
How long does the delivery normally take?
- Within UK – Delivery usually takes 3 working days.
- Rest of Europe – Delivery usually takes 5-6 working days.
- Rest of the world – To know the estimated Delivery date for any place other than the UK, kindly visit our shop on Amazon and Etsy.
I still haven’t received my package. Where is my order?
Your estimated delivery date includes processing time and delivery time – please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. Please check the shipping time to know more. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your package, kindly connect with our Customer Support / e-mail us at [email protected] for further inquiry.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
- Within UK and Europe – FREE Shipping
- Rest of the World – To know the Shipping Charges of any place other than the UK, kindly visit our shop on Amazon and Etsy.
Why was my order divided into different packages?
We will opt for partial shipping in the following conditions:
- Items in different warehouses with various processing time
- Weight limit of courier
I think I have received a wrong product. What should I do?
Incase of products that doesn’t match the colour of your choice or a different product has been shipped to you, kindly connect with our Customer Support / e-mail us at [email protected] to initiate a refund.
I have received a damaged/tampered package. What should I do?
- If the package is damaged/tampered and the product and its box is not tampered with, you may choose to keep the package or request a refund within 14 days of receiving the same by mailing us at [email protected] with necessary details and photographs of the damage.
- If the package is proper but the product and/or its box is damaged/tampered, request a refund within 14 days of receiving the same by mailing us at [email protected] with necessary details and photographs of the damage.
- If both, the package and product are damaged/tampered, request a refund within 14 days of receiving the same by mailing us at [email protected] with necessary details and photographs of the damage.
